IMS Messenger provides a better communication for using IMS collaboration platform via qChat and Team Connect in the App and it also facilitates enhanced productivity by having notifications and reminders sent to you pushed by the IMS collaboration platform. One must be online to receive the messages pushed by the system. The messages will be synced with the system at all time when you are connected.
